Hamid Shojaee created OnTime in 2002 to help him better manage software projects he oversaw. OnTime began to secure a strong following, so he decided to build a company around the product and called it Axosoft. Hamid serves as the company's top evangelist, making several appearances each year to talk about its software. Currently, he provides direction in all areas of the business and product line and contributes to two blogs: ShipSoftwareOnTime.com and AboutScrum.com.

As Axosoft's first employee and first full-time OnTime developer, Dan has been instrumental in building OnTime and the engineering team around it. Dan is a life-long software enthusiast, and he holds a Masters Degree in Computer Science from Arizona State University. Currently, Dan continues to actively write code for OnTime and manages all of Axosoft's software teams and efforts.
