OT-302: Agile / Scrum Methods in OnTime

| Description: OnTime is designed to help you ship software on time. With OnTime, there are plenty of software methodologies that your team can use in tandem with OnTime to develop more efficiently. This class focuses on Agile / Scrum methodologies and how to use them with OnTime. Upon completion of this course, you will understand how to set up a Scrum database, how to use burndown charts, how worklogs and estimates are used, how to set up custom scrum dashboards and more.
Note: This is an "upper-level" course. A basic understanding of OnTime is essential, and a basic understanding of Scrum is highly recommended. We highly suggest watching the Introduction to Scrum video prior to attending this class. |

OT-101: End-User Essentials

Description: This training course is fast-paced
and information rich with an emphasis on helping new users hit the
ground running with OnTime and providing the knowledge necessary
to become an OnTime "Power User." Axosoft recommends
utilizing OT-101 as an integral part of your new employee training
or orientation to jump-start new team members' contributions to
development efforts. |

OT-102: Administrative Best Practices
| Recommended For: OnTime administrators | 60 Min. |
Description: OnTime is useful out of the box, but truly shines when it is configured to mimic, enhance, and automate your organization's workflow and jargon. The better OnTime is administered, the less it is "seen" as a step in the process; instead, it is merged with process. The result is faster development cycles in which team members are more able to focus on their strengths: development, testing, support, project management, etc. The curriculum is similar to Session 2 of Introduction to OnTime for New Clients. |
