General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a new set of privacy rules that apply to all businesses that are inside or deal with citizens of the European Union (EU).

Things we have always done:
- Clearly defined why and how we collect and use data in our privacy policy.
- We don't sell data to any 3rd parties.
- We consider all customer data belongs to our customer, not us.
Things you can do today in Axosoft:
- Delete Customer Contact — Navigate to Tools/ People/ Customers and Contacts for complete deletion of a contact from your database.
- Delete item data — You may delete items from Axosoft to permanently remove its data from the database.
- Delete All Users, Contacts, and Cancel Account — You may always delete all users and contacts from Tools/ People in Axosoft. You may also cancel from Tools/ Manage Account.
- Delete using API — Your team may programmatically delete items, attachments, customers, contacts, and more using our developer API. Please refer to documentation on https://developer.axosoft.com
If your team needs all account data deleted permanently upon cancellation, please email support@axosoft.com with such requests. Please note, deletion of data is irreversible.
